At SlumberJill, we want you to be completely comfortable in your lounge and sleepwear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your SlumberJill account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached and the invoice included to pass our quality inspection.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund
After the product reaches our warehouse and clears inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
